Typhoon Paolo has made landfall over Dinapigue, Isabela on Friday morning, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.
“At 9:00 AM today (October 03), the center of Typhoon #PaoloPH has made landfall over Dinapigue, Isabela,” PAGASA said in an update.
“All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA,” it added.
Tropical Cyclone Paolo intensified into a typhoon before making landfall, based on PAGASA's bulletins.
