What began as Wintrack Incโ€™s public fight against Chennai Customs over alleged bribery has now sparked a much bigger conversation about corruption in Indiaโ€™s trade infrastructure.

After the Finance Ministry confirmed an official probe into Wintrackโ€™s charges, importers, customs brokers, and business owners across the country have started sharing their own accounts of harassment, bribery demands, and delays at ports.
