KARACHI: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) expressed its surprise on Sunday over the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) decision to freeze development funds in Sindh, including the budgetary allocation for providing flood-resistant houses to the floods victims and solar panels to the poor families.
