POLICE want a Windhoek taxi driver who was working on New Year’s Eve to come forward and help their investigation of a deadly shooting in Khomasdal.
The driver, Police say, conveyed the suspected murderer of Monalisa Shirley de Kock (23) – Manuel Alberto da Silva (27) – to the Khomasdal school ground where just minutes later she was shot five times in the head.
