The Assembly election in Bihar will be held before November 22, when the term of the state Assembly ends, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar said on Sunday.
Addressing a press conference in Patna after reviewing preparations for the Bihar Assembly polls, Kumar said the state has 243 constituencies, including 38 for Scheduled Castes (SCs) and two for Scheduled Tribes (STs).
