Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) chief and former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Monday publicly made his pitch clear to the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), saying that his party wants 20 to 25 seats in the upcoming state Assembly elections.
