September 2025 Performance – A month of two halves
According to FADA, overall vehicle retail in September rose 5.22% year-on-year (YoY) to 18.27 lakh units, compared to 17.37 lakh units in the same month last year. The first 21 days of the month were largely muted, as customers held back purchases in anticipation of the GST 2.0
