Mystery spinner Varun Chakravarthy played down the chatter surrounding his omission from India's squad for the upcoming ODI series against Australia, despite his successful Champions Trophy campaign, saying he understands the selectors' decision. Varun was one of the architects of India's Champions Trophy triumph earlier this year, but the Tamil Nadu spinner has not found a place in the 15-man ODI squad for the series, starting 19 October.
