The Supreme Court on Friday indicated that it may consider allowing the use of green firecrackers in Delhi-NCR for limited hours during Diwali and other major festivals, as it heard the ongoing matter on the regionβs firecracker ban imposed in the wake of the rising pollution levels in and around the capital during festivals in recent years.
