West Indies fast bowler Jayden Seales has been fined 25% of his match fee by the ICC (International Cricket Council) for breaching Level 1 of the Code of Conduct during the opening day of the second Test against India in New Delhi on Friday.
Seales was found guilty of violating Article 2.9 of the ICC
