Sanjeev Kapoor, after working in New Zealand, became the youngest Executive Chef at Mumbai’s Centaur Hotel in 1992. At a Bollywood party there, he was called ‘badtameez’ for not recognizing stars. He later rose to fame with his long-running show Khana Khazana, praised for his presentation style.
