The inheritance battle over Sunjay Kapur's assets intensified on Tuesday, with senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani launching a sharp attack on the late industralist's widow, Priya Kapur, describing her as "an acute gambler" while casting doubts on the authenticity of the will attributed to Sunjay.
"The lady is an acute gambler, good luck to her," Jethmalani, representing actor Karisma Kapoor's children, told the Delhi High Court.
