WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump will honor late Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk with the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Tuesday afternoon, which would have been his 32nd birthday.

Trump is slated to bestow the nation’s highest civilian honor on Kirk at the White House in an East Room celebration at 4:00 p.m. ET.
