MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Appointments (CA) approved on Wednesday Sharon Garin as secretary of Department of Energy (DOE) and Henry Aguda as secretary of the Department of Information Communications Technology (DICT).
No members of the powerful body objected when the confirmation of Garin and Aguda was brought up to the plenary.
