In a significant order, the Bombay High Court has ruled that the Kolhapur Sessions Court had no authority to review its own bail order in the 2015 Govind Pansare murder case, while granting bail to Dr Virendrasinh Tawade, the prime accused in the high-profile killing of the veteran Communist leader.
