A recent study by Great Place To Work India highlighted that while 82 percent of millennials were offered training and development opportunities, and 89 percent reported feeling equipped with the relevant resources to perform their job effectively last year, 1 out of 5 millennials still don’t experience job security.

While this sentiment is consistent across industries, the fear of job loss seems to be gripping employees in the IT and Biotech & Pharmaceutical sectors more intensely.
