The government is set to release its decision on the β±31.55-billion unsolicited proposal of Uy-led ComClark Network and Technology Corp. to operate the countryβs air navigation facilities next month, a top executive said.
ComClark Chief Operating Officer Benedicto Bulatao said the companyβs proposal is still under the scrutiny of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).
