The government and two tollway operators – the Ramon Ang-led SMC Infrastructure and Manny Pangilinan-led Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) – on Tuesday launched the “One RFID, All Tollways,” a toll collection interoperability initiative aimed at ensuring smooth, seamless travel across Luzon’s expressway network.
The Department of Transportation said motorists now have the option to use just one RFID account in traversing Luzon’s expressways.
