Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is set for a major payday as the tech giant continues to ride high on the artificial intelligence boom. According to a new proxy filing released on Tuesday, Nadella’s total compensation for fiscal 2025 jumped 22 per cent to $96.5 million (Rs 847.31 crore), up from $79.1 million the previous year, a reward that mirrors Microsoft’s stellar stock performance.

Most of Nadella’s pay comes in the form of stock awards worth over $84 million, reflecting his deep alignment with the company’s market success.
