The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has reminded employers to properly compensate workers who will be reporting for duty on All Saints' Day, the special non-working holiday on the day before, and Bonifacio Day.

Based on Labor Advisory No. 13 series of 2025, the DOLE said the following pay rules shall apply on October 31 (eve of All Saints' Day), and November 1 (All Saints' Day)β€”both considered special non-working holidaysβ€”and November 30 (Bonifacio Day), a regular holiday.
