Even before the establishment of Israel, media propaganda was among the most effective tools utilised by the Zionist movement in the West. The slogan "a land without people for a people without land" dominated Western discourse, paving the way for the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people from their native homeland, Palestine, in what is widely known as Al-Nakba ("the Catastrophe").

Such a deception could not have succeeded without a massive campaign of brainwashing, what I call the Zionisation of global conscience, through relentless propaganda and the dehumanisation of the Palestinian people. The Zionist movement cleverly exploited both the horrors of Nazi crimes and Europe's own long history of antisemitism to construct a narrative that justified Palestinian dispossession and absolved the world of its moral responsibility for our suffering.
Two years ago, the world entered a new era of propaganda, an era of forcible Zionisation of global consciousness.
