Congress leader Udit Raj on Friday alleged that his family was forcibly evicted from their government bungalow in New Delhi’s Pandara Park, despite the matter being sub judice in court. Raj claimed that the action by the Directorate of Estates was "selective, politically motivated, and caste-based," targeting him for being a Dalit leader who speaks for the poor.

The bungalow, located at C-1/38 Pandara Park, was allotted to Raj’s wife, Seema Raj, a retired Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer.
