Bihar Chief Nitish Kumar on Saturday, in an outreach to Musilms, came down heaviliy on governments that ruled in the state before him, saying they only used the community as a mere "vote bank" and did nothing notable for them. The JDU chief counted several schemes and steps his government took for the welfare of Muslims, urging members of the community to remember them as they vote during the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
