The Arunachal Pradesh Police has issued a lookout notice against IAS officer Talo Potom after he was named in an FIR in connection with the alleged sexual abuse and suicide of a 19-year-old man on October 23.
Potom, who is currently posted as Secretary in the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Delhi, is currently on the run. The victim's family have accused him of abetment of suicide and police inaction. They also said they wouldn't collect the body of the teenager till the IAS officer was caught.
