The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued new border regulations requiring all non-US citizens, including Green Card holders, to be photographed when entering and leaving the country. The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will broaden its collection of photographs and biometric data at land, sea, and airports to strengthen national security and combat the use of fraudulent travel documents.
