The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday warned the public against common crimes during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.
In a statement, the PNP advised the public to exercise maximum vigilance and pointed out that awareness is the crucial first line of defense against opportunistic offenders.
