A tense afternoon gripped Mumbai’s Powai on Thursday when a man held 19 people, including 17 children and a senior citizen, hostage inside an acting studio. The suspect, identified as Rohit Arya, was shot during a police operation and later died in hospital, officials confirmed.
The incident took place at RA Studio, where acting workshops and web series auditions were being held.
