Former Maharashtra education minister Deepak Kesarkar, whose name cropped up amid Mumbai hostage drama, broke silence on the accused, Rohit Arya's allegations that credit was denied for his project Majhi Shala, Sundar Shala. Kesarkar admitted that the project was indeed based on a concept developed by the late filmmaker-activist.
Arya, who held 19 people hostage at an acting studio in Powai, had previously staged protests outside Kesarkar's house over alleged unpaid dues over his project.
