A woman has lodged a complaint against an employee of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) who was allegedly rude to her while answering questions on how to secure a taxpayer identification number ID.
According to Mav Gonzales’ report on “24 Oras” on Thursday, Nica Cadalin was seen crying in a TikTok video that she uploaded after the incident.
“Bakit ganyan ang employee niyo? Bakit nasa government kayo? Grabe. Nangangailangan ng tulong yung tao. Pare-pareho tayong tao dito,” she said in the video.
