Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has directed the Florida Board of Governors to stop the use of H-1B visas in state colleges and universities after months of online campaigning against the programme.
At the press conference in US, DeSantis said the positions “can be filled with Americans and if they can't be filled, then the problem lies somewhere else.”
