Union Home Minister Amit Shah said every political party must be taken seriously as he was asked about Prashant Kishor and his newly formed Jan Suraaj Party ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections. He, however, expressed strong confidence that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) would secure a decisive victory in the state.
In an interview with India Today TV, Shah said, "Every party and every person should be taken seriously during elections. There are 1,550 parties in India. A new party has been formed, which is the Jan Suraaj Party.
