Bengaluru-based on-demand logistics startup Porter has laid off around 300 to 350 employees as part of a one-time restructuring aimed at reducing costs and preparing for its next phase of growth, according to a report by The Economic Times (ET).
The company confirmed the layoffs on Tuesday, saying the move was part of a broader effort to make the organisation more efficient and financially resilient.
