The Bombay High Court delivered a scathing judgment against the Malegaon Municipal Corporation (MMC), calling out its "apathy and complete dereliction of duty" for failing to take action against rampant unauthorised construction on land reserved for constructing a police station and staff quarters in Malegaon.
The issue was brought before a bench of Justices GS Kulkarni and Aarti Sathe b
