Flight operations at Mumbaiβs Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) on Friday experienced disruptions as a major technical glitch in Delhiβs Automatic Message Switching System (AMSS) created a ripple effect, impacting air traffic operations and causing delays for over 300 flights at Indira Gandhi International Airport.
According to the advisory issued by the Mumbai airport, the flight operations were impacted due to a technical problem with Delhiβs automatic message switching system, which plays a key role in air traffic control and flight planning.
