The parents of a nine-year-old girl who jumped to her death from the fourth floor of a private school in Jaipur have accused a teacher of ignoring their daughter’s repeated complaints about being bullied by her classmates, even on the day of the incident.

They alleged that the girl had approached the teacher at least four times, complaining about being bullied by some boys in her class, and that the parents themselves had raised the issue with the school on earlier occasions.
