In a historic move for India’s automobile and logistics sector, Maruti Suzuki India Limited has become the first car manufacturer to transport vehicles by rail to the Kashmir Valley. The company’s first batch of cars, comprising over 100 units including models like Brezza, Dzire, WagonR and S-Presso, reached the newly inaugurated Anantnag railway terminal this week.
