Speaking from inside Sudan, where he continues his humanitarian work despite having the means to leave, Mohammed painted a devastating picture of life in Al Fashir and across the nation. "What happened in the last year, something really shocked the entire world, and even all people, those whom they have a little humanitarian sense they can feel this is not good to happen for the human," he said, his words carrying the weight of witnessing unimaginable suffering.
