Meghalya batter Akash Kumar Choudhary etched his name in history books as he became first batter in the history of first class cricket to smash eight consecutive sixes on Sunday, November 9. Akash achieved the feat during the Ranji Trophy plate group match against Arunachal Pradesh at Pithwala Stadium, Bhimpore, Surat and also slammed the fastest fifty in first class cricket.
