The Philippines was counting the cost of another massive storm on Monday after Super ยญTyphoon Fung-wong battered the countryโs northeast, inundating homes, farms and evacuation shelters, and cutting power to areas across Luzon Island less than a week after Typhoon ยญKalmaegi killed more than 200 people.
