That’s probably the question every wellness trend entails. Now, what’s currently trending is called 'BeanTok'. No points for guessing where it all started. Yes, TikTok, for the hundredth time. According to social media claims, consuming two cups of beans a day may help your gut. Some users also claim that it helps with sleep, mood and anxiety too.

Not as bizarre, right?
