Rabat — Morocco’s budget deficit reached MAD 55.5 billion ($5.5 billion) at the end of October 2025, marking a significant increase from the MAD 40.5 billion ($4.36 billion) deficit recorded during the same period last year, according to the country’s General Treasury.
The Treasury released these figures in its monthly public finance statistics bulletin for October.
