In a thrilling final, she scored 30 hits, finishing behind Korea’s Olympic champion YangJiin (gold, 40) and China’s YaoQianxun (silver, 38).
Earlier, she narrowly missed a medal in the 10m air pistol final, finishing sixth. Her determination shone through during a tense mid-final shoot-off against Manu Bhaker and Mathilde Lamolle, eventually edging out Lamolle to secure her podium spot. This bronze added to India’s strong overall performance in Cairo, highlighting the nation’s growing presence in international shooting.
