Low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific announced a seat sale offering domestic and international flights for as low as ₱10.

In a statement on Tuesday, Oct. 7, the Gokongwei-led airline said it will offer one-way base fares, exclusive of fees and surcharges, for travel from March 1 to Sept.
