There, you’ll meet Jagdish Tailor. Show him the slip, and only then will he unlock the door. At first glance, it looks like the door to a cupboard. But once it opens, you’re transported into an intimate, dimly lit space - Noctis - the new hidden bar in Delhi on every cocktail enthusiast’s TVL (to-visit list).

But PCO, the capital’s first hidden bar that opened 13 years ago, is on Google Maps. Yet you can’t enter just like that. You need to first enter their secret passcode, which changes thrice a week, at the entry gate.
