Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday assured that the people of Delhi would not see froth floating on the Yamuna river during this year’s Chhath Puja, a recurring sight in the past that highlighted the city’s pollution woes.
Speaking at an event at the Delhi Secretariat, Ms. Gupta said the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has made “full preparations” ahead of the festival.
