An animal rights activist has accused a woman police constable and her husband of animal cruelty, which sometimes has resulted in the death of dogs, inside a police residential complex in Chennai. The activist claimed that the duo killed adult dogs and puppies inside the G3 Kilpauk Police Quarters. He alleged that no action had been taken by the police despite video evidence has been submitted.
