The House of Representatives is giving one "last chance" for Vice President Sara Duterte to personally appear in the chamber for the plenary debates on the proposed P6.793-trillion national budget for 2026.
This last chance falls on Thursday, Oct. 2, after which the plenary deliberations on the 2026 outlay would be concluded.
