The four women who resigned from the national grooming gangs inquiry victims liaison panel have called for safeguarding minister Jess Phillips to resign, as the probe faces growing turmoil.
In a letter to the home secretary, they accused Ms Phillips of labelling some of their claims “untrue”, saying they had provided evidence to the contrary.
