Itโ€™s been less than 48 hours since news broke that Meta was letting go of 600 employees from its AI division, but the company isnโ€™t slowing down. According to a report by The New York Times, Meta is now cutting more than 100 staffers responsible for privacy and risk review. It said that many of these human roles will soon be handled by AI systems instead. The latest round of layoffs deepens CEO Mark Zuckerbergโ€™s years-long campaign to reshape Meta into a leaner, faster, and more AI-driven company.
