President Ferdinand ''Bongbong'' Marcos Jr. has signed into law the measure banning and declaring as illegal offshore gaming operations in the country.

Republic Act No. 12312 shall be known as Anti-POGO Act of 2025.

Under the law, the prohibited acts include the establishment, operation, or conduct of offshore gaming in the Philippines as well as the acceptance of any form of betting for offshore gaming operations.
